To mark the 10th anniversaary of the first Alternative W.I. Calendar and the issue of a new calendar for 2010, Calendar Girl Angela Baker will talk on why 11 (respectable!) ladies took their clothes off for charity - and why it is being done again. Hear the amazing story that inspired the film and the West End stage show about what friendship can achieve in the face of adversity.

Apple Pie Competition 2009:
Open to everyone including men! Entry forms and full details available from Notts Fed of Women's Institutes, Trent Bridge House, Beastmarket Hill, Newark, NG24 1BN and local libraries from 30th April. Judging will take place in Southwell Library. WI Cookbook also available.
